1. Overview
At AIVisora, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about how it is handled.
This policy applies to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of the AIVisora platform. By using our service, you consent to the practices described here.
We aim to be transparent about our data practices. If you ever have a question about how your information is treated, you can reach our privacy team at privacy@useaivisora.com and we will respond promptly.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: when you create an account we collect your name and email address. This lets us authenticate you, send audit results, and provide support.
Website URLs you audit: the domains and pages you submit for AI visibility analysis. We process these to generate your reports and store them so you can revisit your audit history.
Usage data: we automatically log information such as the pages you visit, the features you use, browser type, device, and approximate location. This helps us debug issues and improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
Provide the service: we use your account information and the URLs you submit to run AI visibility audits, generate recommendations, and display your results dashboard.
Improve our recommendations: aggregated and de-identified audit data helps us refine our scoring model and the quality of the suggestions we surface to every user.
Send audit results and important updates: we email you when an audit completes, when an account action is required, and when material changes affect your account or our policies. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time from your settings.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on hosted infrastructure provided by established cloud providers.
Access to systems that hold your data is limited to a small number of team members who need it to operate and improve the service. We do not currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2, and we do not claim to have undergone third-party security audits.
We never sell your personal data to third parties. The only third parties that process your data are service providers (such as our hosting and email providers) who do so under contract and only to deliver the service to you.
6. Data Sharing
Only with your consent: we never share your personal data or audit results with third parties unless you explicitly authorize it (for example, when you export a report to share with a client).
Service providers under contract: we share strictly necessary data with trusted vendors — such as our cloud host, email delivery provider, and payment processor — who are bound by data processing agreements and prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Legal requirements: if required to comply with a valid legal request, court order, or government regulation, we may disclose limited information. We will only disclose what is specifically requested and notify you where legally permitted.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. These include the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
You can exercise most of these rights directly from your dashboard at any time — view your data, download a full export, or permanently delete your account with a single click.
If you need help exercising a right, contact us at privacy@useaivisora.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Data Retention
We keep your personal data and audit history for as long as your account is active. This lets you track your AI visibility over time and revisit past reports whenever you need them.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and audit results within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated metrics may be retained for product analytics, but these can no longer be linked to you.
If your account is inactive for more than 24 months, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep it. If we receive no response, we will delete the account and associated data to minimize the information we hold.
9. Children's Privacy
AIVisora is intended for professionals, marketers, and businesses. The service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@useaivisora.com and we will take steps to delete that information and close the account.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity. We rely on users to provide accurate information about their age when registering.
