Terms of Service

By accessing or using AIVisora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AIVisora. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AIVisora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

AIVisora is an AI visibility auditing and reporting platform. We analyse technical, content and trust signals that can help AI systems understand your website, and provide actionable recommendations to improve your visibility.

Our service includes audit reports, score breakdowns, trend tracking, and (on paid plans) features such as competitor comparison, PDF export, team seats, and API access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice. Where a material change affects paid subscribers, we will provide advance notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@useaivisora.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to keep that information up to date.

Each person may create only one account. Sharing accounts between multiple users is not permitted. If your organization needs multiple users, please upgrade to a plan that includes team seats.

You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service. This includes automated scraping, bulk requests that degrade performance for others, and any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our scoring models or proprietary logic.

You may not use AIVisora for any illegal purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass others, or to violate applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use guidelines. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans and, where appropriate, legal action.

A Free plan is currently available at no cost. Paid plans (Starter, Business and Agency) are coming soon and are not yet available for purchase.

When paid plans launch, billing terms (including pricing, billing frequency, cancellation and refund policy) will be clearly displayed on the Pricing page and updated in these Terms. We do not currently process any payments.

You can join the waitlist for paid plans free of charge, and joining does not commit you to any purchase.

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes one audit with up to 5 recommendations and a basic score breakdown.

We may change the features or limits of the Free plan in the future. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

The AIVisora platform — including our scoring model, recommendation engine, design, content, and software — is owned by AIVisora and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or trade names.

You retain all rights to the content and data you submit to the service (such as your website URLs and brand information). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service to you.

Audit reports generated by AIVisora are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may share reports with clients or stakeholders, but you may not resell, redistribute, or white-label them without an active Agency plan.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AIVisora will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

AI search and assistant tools are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We do not guarantee any specific AI ranking, mention, or result from following our recommendations.

Any reliance on audit results or recommendations is at your own risk. We encourage you to combine AIVisora's insights with your own judgment and other analytics sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVisora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies even if AIVisora has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and it reflects the allocation of risk between the parties that forms the basis of our pricing.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your personal data and audit history are permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms AIVisora or other users.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms immediately end. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

For material changes that affect your rights or obligations — such as pricing, acceptable use, or liability — we will notify you by email and through in-app notices at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of AIVisora after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
