The website is designed as a public editorial publication. It has no account, membership, comment or user-profile system. It does not ask visitors to submit payment details.
The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security signals in ordinary server logs. The final hosting provider and retention period must be added before launch.
Analytics
Google Analytics support is prepared but remains inactive unless the owner supplies a measurement ID and enables it. Before enabling analytics, the owner must configure an appropriate consent process, data settings and this policy.
Advertising and affiliate links
UseAIVisora uses clearly identified affiliate links. A partner may receive information when a visitor follows one of those links, according to that partner's own privacy policy.
Google AdSense support is disabled by default. Advertising must not be enabled until a publisher ID, ad placement review, consent mechanism and updated privacy disclosures are in place.
Contact information
If a visitor contacts the publication after a monitored address is published, UseAIVisora may process the message, sender details and any information voluntarily included in order to answer the enquiry and keep an appropriate record.
Visitors should not send passwords, payment data, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Sharing and retention
Information should be shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, measure or operate the publication, or when required by law. The owner must document each provider before launch.
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Specific periods must be documented when the relevant services are selected.
Visitor choices and rights
Depending on location, visitors may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. The owner must publish a monitored privacy contact and confirm the process and applicable response period before launch.
Changes to this policy
Material changes should be recorded with a new updated date. Historic copies should be retained in version control so editorial and operational changes remain traceable.
